Rusty comes to from an animal control facility.  Clearly, he didn't get the best of care in his last home.  That's all changed now, and he's ready for a new life! He's small, around 6 pounds, and is on the submissive and shy side.  He loves to give kisses and is super friendly.  We're not sure how he is around cats.  He is not house trained, but his foster will work on that!

UPDATE 1/3/2017:   Rusty is progressing  well in foster care.  He loves his humans as well as other dogs and cats.   He loves to run in a fenced in yard.  He sleeps in his crate at night that keeps him safe and snuggled in.   His housetraining skills are coming along nicely . He comes from an unusual back ground so placing him with a fenced in yard and someone that is going to be home most of the day is important.  He is extremely loving and just wants to be with his humans all the time.
