Are you interested in processing applications for adoption, foster applications, etc? This typically requires a few hours of work to process each application. It includes making phone calls to check references (personal & vet), verifying information via online searches, and contacting the applicant via telephone. You should have exemplary written communication skills. Does that interest you?*

Are you creative? Do you have skills that could be used to do events & fundraising campaigns? Are you interested in helping out with events? Events are typically on weekends, and last for about 4 hours. There is considerable planning involved. Is that something in which you have an interest?*

Are you interested in helping with transporting rescue dogs? Transporters fund their own gas expenses. Transporters typically do runs from Staunton, VA to Harrisburg, PA and could be anywhere in between, even Morgantown, Hagerstown, etc. You'd need a reliable vehicle & time on weekends, usually. Is that something in which you would be interested?*

Sometimes our volunteers are also our fosters. Are you interested in fostering a shelter dog? *

Do pledge to support other volunteers, and keep the best interest of the DOGS as first priority? *
