Heartly comes to us from a rural southern dog shelter, where he was apparently dumped by his owners. Too many dogs, no spay & neuter program. It's the same old story. Anyway... we don't have much information about his breed mix. We're thinking Beagle mixed with something, but we're not sure. He's a little guy, at 8 pounds and around 8-10 weeks old at the time of this posting. He's a very curious little dog, as all puppies are. He will require a fence. Invisible fencing is not an option.
