Frosty comes to us from a rural WV shelter. She was an owner surrender because she wasn't a "pure bred" dog. Seriously. She's young pup, at only 12 weeks old. She's got plenty of energy to ensure that you will be delighted in playing with her! If you're ready for a puppy to steal your heart, Frosty's the girl for you!
