Talbot came to us from a rural West Virginia shelter.  He and his littermates were all surrendered by their previous guardian.  We expect this little darling to be a very small dog, around the 12-pound mark.  Because he is such a tiny pup, he requests that if he goes to a home with children that they be older, considerate & mature kids.  Talbot's ready to be a good boy for you!
