Update 7/13,2018.  Harper is doing amazing in her foster home.  She loves children and lots of attention.  Harper lives with several dogs in her foster home.  They all get along well but she is dog selective.   Harper will need to meet her new siblings for her approval .

Harper comes to us as an owner surrender.  She's around 4 years old..  We do not know how she is with cats.  She is certainly a lap dog, and loves to just relax on a lap!  She has a great disposition, and is a friendly gal!  If you have other dogs, we'll require that Harper meet your dogs, as she can sometimes be picky about her friends.
