Charles comes to us from a southern WV shelter, where he was dumped by his owners.

He gets along well with other dogs, but we're not sure how he would be with cats.  His foster says he LOVES toys, and is being a really good boy.  He's a very busy boy, and loves to romp, play, jump, and be excited.
