Little Teddy Bear comes to us from an animal control facility.  He was found as stray in a public parking lot.  Apparently, his owners were located, but they didn't want him back.

Teddy Bear has a heart murmur and a treatable skin condition.  The skin condition is probably the result of a flea allergy and/or poor food quality.  He's in a super loving foster home now, getting all the love, attention, and vet care that he needs.
